Jedimomma: Hey you! I need my prenatal yoga video & block back. Yeah, don't get your hopes up, I threw my neck/back out again and I need a yoga routine that's lower "stretch" for a bit. ;-p

Your Doula: Are you doing your cat/cow exercises? Are you? Don't make me come over there! At least 5 sets a day, although 10-20 is better. On stable hands-n-knees. Inhale as you round your spine up, exhale and arch your spine down. 5 times! At least! Every day! Just repeat "easy birth" in your head with each breath--that makes it easier.
Robyn M: If I've asked you this once, I've probably asked a million times but I just can't remember... Do you want to borrow my birthing ball? Lemme know... You can have it from now until the birth, then it goes to another preggo I know.
